15 Day Return Policy
Alvinkelly offers a full 15-days Return Policy from shipping date, which gives you ample time to ensure your satisfaction for the product. If you need to return it for any reason, we will happily provide you with a full refund or will remake your order.
AlvinKelly can only accept products that are in a good condition and are original. Our 15 Day return policy is only for online customers within India and does not apply to offline customers or International orders.
Refund will be only initiated when the product is received back by the company in a good condition.
Steps of returning.

If you wish to return a purchase, you get a 100% full refund .
This policy does not apply for International orders or Offline orders.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Please call our Customer Care for a Cancellation.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been dispatched.
In case of not attending the order by the customer within 14 days the order will be considered as cancel, only the processing charge of bank will be deducted from the total amount.
If the returned product is found damaged or in any unacceptable condition the request for returning of the product will be cancelled.
How Do I Return A AlvinKelly Garment Within 15 Days?
You can return a AlvinKelly garment by following these simple steps:
Call our Customer Care team. We will send you a tamper-proof package to pack your garment. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
Once your package is ready, let us know and we will immediately have the courier pick it up.
As soon as AlvinKelly receives your item, your refund will be processed and will be credited back to you within 15 working days.
This policy does not apply for International Orders.
In case of exchange of the product 5% of shipping charge will be deducted there will be no processing charge of bank.
